Spacious 1,800 sq foot- 3 bedroom home with 2 baths near the beach and much more. This stand alone, family-friendly house is on a quiet street very near to the beach. Only a short walk (0.1 miles) to beach access at Yaquina Bay State park & lighthouse. We are also a very short distance to the Historic Bayfront, 0.9 miles away! Cut through the Yaquina State Park and walk to the Bayfront in under 15 minutes. Occasionally, you can ever hear Sea Lions barking from our front porch!

Summer visits include optional access to Bayshore Clubhouse (guest fee additional) with heated pool, rec room and more. 1 King, 1 Queen, small double futon, 2 bathrooms, large bathtub with view of ocean, Satellite, WiFi, Blu-ray player.
