The Suite Escape - our updated, spacious 1-bed!

This is a beautifully updated and spacious 1-bed walk-out suite in our character home. Our home is in a safe and established neighbourhood of family homes, and is even safer as we are both police officers. We are a 15 minute walk to Camosun College and a 10 minute walk to RJH. We are within a block to major bus routes. Downtown is an easy bus ride or a 10 minute drive. Willows Beach is a 20 minute walk and there are major grocery, liquor and shopping close by, including Hillside Mall.

Great location right next to the ocean and a short walk to Beacon Hill Park and Cook St Village. Charming modern retreat on the lower level of a 110-year-old Arts&Crafts home in the beautiful neighbourhood of Fairfield. This cozy guest space includes table and chairs, separate bedroom with comfy queen bed, living area with large screen TV (TSN for the World Cup!) and gorgeous bathroom with heated tile floors.

Additional note: this is a downstairs suite in our home, so you may hear footsteps of us living in the main floor portion of the house.
