Small details abound from the familiar characters in portraits to the potions cabinet, the car in the tree, the Lumos & Nox switches, & much more. All just outside the New River Gorge National Park! Set on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful pond, this cabin will give you a taste of the West Virginia outdoors. The perfect affordable base camp for outdoor enthusiasts. You'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the deck and the view but when you move inside you'll have a comfortable queen bed and a futon to sleep on. A basic kitchen has everything you need.

Come visit the adventure mecca of the New River Gorge National Park, with the longest and deepest gorge in Appalachia and one of the largest temperate rain forests in the world. Only 3 miles to ACE Resort. Winterplace ski resort approximately 45 min. 7 person max. & parking for a 2-3 vehicles, cannot accomodate moving vans, trailers or RVs. Home is split like duplex currently but no one is living in the attached apartment. No full kitchen, kitchenette only.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
