It is small, but comfortable. It has a small bathroom, shower only, kitchen and closet. Mini splits with air and heat as well as ceiling fans in livingroom/bedroom and kitchen. This efficiency apartment is great for a single person or a couple. The steel door in the bathroom leads to the garage and the shared washer and dryer. The freezer in the garage under the stairwell is only for the convenience of those occupying the efficiency apartment. All other games, table tennis, chairs etc., in the garage, are to be shared. The upper balcony and hot-tub can be shared with those occupying the upper level. Respecting each group's privacy is expected.
