Sister A-Frame in Woods (A)

Escape to one of our two sister A frames. These cozy cottages are nestled in the Oakland, Maine woods. Close proximity to I-95, Messalonskee and prestigious Belgrade Lakes you will find home to a wide variety of wildlife and nature. Boating, fishing and ATV riding close by! The campus includes a loft with a view, walking trail, free/overflow parking. A luxury, campy feel makes this a perfect getaway for you and your family. Please note some amenities are seasonal. Room B with private entrance, bathroom & hot tub

Room B is a small (10’ x 10’) but cozy room with full size bed with luxury mattress and private bathroom (5’ x8’) with towel warmer & glass shower. The room includes a desk, TV, minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, dresser, reading chair & private entrance. In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.

Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

This beautiful private cottage is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure! New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

Enjoy Hallowell and Central Maine while staying at our studio apartment. An easy walk to downtown Hallowell to shops, restaurants , and pubs. Take a walk on the Kennebec Rail Trail . A 15 minute drive to visit Maine Cabin Masters. Hour drive to Boothbay Harbor, Rockland, or Belfast. Studio is located above owners garage : separate entrance and off street parking. Included: linens, towels, TV, WiFi, single Keurig, microwave, toaster, college size dorm fridge, small cooler

The Cabin -Skowhegan

Main floor has living area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bed, with a daybed and trundler. Loft has 2 twin beds. The couch could be used as a bed, full bathroom. Has no kitchen sink but has a kitchen area with microwave, large air fry oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker, iron/board. Also has TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Gas BBQ (May to November 1st.), as well as a picnic table, out door fire pit. For guest who are traveling by plane, towels are provided, upon request.

Cozy House in Waterville

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

Our property sitting on Davis Island in Edgecomb, Maine overlooks the quaint town of Wiscasset, providing a calm atmosphere, stunning evening sunsets, and panoramic views. Located within the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort, you are in a prime location to have access to local shops, antique markets, and restaurants. Take a stroll down to the Pier where you can experience the water up close.

Welcome to the Lake House! 5 bedrooms. Access to a mooring. Full bathroom and kitchen with accessories. Bedrooms have locked doors & Wi-Fi. The house has a Deck and Docks, 8 foot by 10 foot floating Island, BBQ Grill. Lakeside Bon Fire Pit. Full bath, 30 feet from Lake! 2 entrances, 3 Kayaks, Fishing/Swimming. Nice neighbors including Camp Manitou, Matoaka and Somerset. Near Public Boat Landing & country store. I reside nearby, and will help with any issues.

Trailside Cabin

Come & play in the beautiful mountains of western Maine! Cozy, rustic cabin for two. Enjoy miles of multi use trails right off the front steps! If you decide to venture away from the cabin, Rangeley's Saddleback Mt & Sugarloaf USA are both 35 miles away & the college town of Farmington is just 15 minutes south. Our cell service is terrific, but there's no tv or wifi...come to the woods & unplug!
