Indulge in Napa's finest restaurants, wine tasting, and nightlife from our beautifully restored and remodeled apartment in our Victorian home, just a 10-minute stroll from downtown. Our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, (*NO STOVE) creating a comfortable space for your stay. For the peace and relaxation of all guests, please note that we do not allow pets or children under 12. You can book with confidence knowing that we have a Use Permit from the City of Napa.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

Featuring a master suite with king bed overlooking the sky blue pool, dine in the fully equipped kitchen, work remote at our comfortable work station, lounge on the spacious patio, warm up at the fireplace or fire pit, barbecue, or walk on nearby canal trail. Ample parking, washer/dryer, large screen T.V. There is an ADU that is rented occasionally. It is next to the detached garage (not part of rental). No windows view backyard.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
