The Fishing House is the perfect home base to enjoy relaxing, fishing, wakeboarding, swimming and boating on the Delta. This Island getaway is designed to show you the lazy river lifestyle, opposite of the hustle and bustle of every day life. Views of Mt Diablo, bird and marine life galore plus lots of local bars on the water. Fully equipped 2 bed 2 bath open plan home is perfect for a family or small group of friends! Please note: there are stairs to get to main entry. Relax and enjoy!!

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

The Carriage House - Alhambra Valley Retreat

Tucked down a quiet, wooded, lane, this 600 sq. ft. carriage house is in the Alhambra Valley of Martinez, CA. Located above a woodworking shop on a secluded 1.6 acre-certified wildlife habitat. Only ten minutes to downtown district of historic Martinez with antique shops, restaurants and water front park. Nearby access to Briones Park and Mt. Wanda for hiking or biking. One mile to the John Muir National Historic site. Easy access to highways 4, 24, 680 and 80, Amtrak and BART.

Waterfront home - fish, kayak, swim - 1hr from SF

Welcome to the Georgiana Slough: a gorgeous, slow-moving and quiet river. The River House is the only house in the area built right on the water. It's almost like being on a houseboat, and you can fish right from the deck! Kayaks are provided. Relax, swim, boat, or fish with otters, beavers, sea lions, owls, herons and more! We are located in the Pacific flyway for migrating birds, so the winter birds are delightful. If you like wine, there are dozens of wineries nearby.

Beautiful waterfront house with a view of lighthouse and quick (1 min) access to fast water. I have wonderful deck with glass windows you can see the view! Dock for two boats. Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. You can swim between docks or in the deep water. Beautiful view from the living room and sun room! Perfect for family and friends.
