Host family w/ kids lives upstairs. Occasional noise, but kids are usually in bed by 9 & up no earlier than 7.

Come and relax in our calm, stylish guesthouse. You will be surrounded by an urban lavender farm with 300+ plants to enjoy! Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Beautiful and sunny home in Discovery Bay! Amazing view of the lake as you enter the door. Activities include kayaking, paddling boarding (not included) and fishing right outside your back yard. Great for travel nurses, short term rental, shelter in place =)
