A beautiful Farm stay which is 7 minutes from Oamaru has a beautiful views as look out the kitchen area as a sea view from a distance the scenery is breathtaking so head to the farm for a breath of air in spectacular scenery. I have a lot of native plants in my garden and still working on more landscaping. Have animals some young stock and a cat and dog which are very friendly. Not far from town or the sea for a day trip This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip.

The Little Red School House Bed & Breakfast

Get back to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet of our country getaway in the historic "Little Red School House", just 30 minutes inland from Oamaru. Our B & B is located on our 940 hectare family farm which we run sheep and beef cattle on. The farm is situated over 400m above sea level so has panoramic country views. An early morning or evening walk is amazing for taking in the sunrise or sunset. We are happy to pick up people travelling on the Alps to Ocean Trial. Breakfast included.

There are two double bedrooms, each with a queen double bed and ensuite facilities. Light, pastel colours are used throughout, except for the lounge which features a dramatic Bordeaux. A delicious, full breakfast is included in the room rate. The property has a quiet situation down a long drive where there is ample off-road parking and room to turn.

The extensive gardens were planted 30 years before the house was built and have matured into a quiet and bird filled woodland and park for wandering amongst. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.

This is a two bedrooms apartment, is on the ground floor of the house. The location is right in the town center, close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit Oamaru. Walking distance to historic area, the wharf and supermarket. We have two queen size beds, so if you have 5th person, we will set up a fold bed. Please be aware there might have other guests stay in top flat.
