Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

In the heart of our 1,500-strong merino flock, lots of walks or just watch some of our 6000 sheep walk past your cottage or in the paddocks .We have great internet , lots of DVD's in the cupboard along with free WFI.

Our Cottage is a family friendly self contained accommodation. Our Cottage is a short 3 minute walk close to the famous Ross Village Bakery well known for Kikki. A spacious three bedroom house welcomes couples or can sleep up to 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with queen bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds. Open plan kitchen living area. Bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. No Pets - No parties -off Street parking. WFI available

The Layover - large 4 bedroom house

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The house is located in historical Bothwell being the gateway to the Central Highlands and easy drives from Hobart or Launceston. Enjoy this family home with a fully equipped kitchen. Be as lazy as you wish in this house especially during the winter months with the cool days. Wander around the town and enjoy the historical buildings and relaxed feel.
