Welcome to Casa Colonial! We are a unique "non-hotel"in the enchanting colonial city of Oaxaca, Mexico. As an active guest house, bed and breakfast, and small hotel for 45 years, "the Casa" is the place for comfortable rooms surrounding covered verandas and lush tropical gardens, a gracious living room and library, delicious Oaxaca home-style food, and most of all, our personal service. The Casa is a mere 6-block walk away from the Oaxacan City Center and close to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums, churches, local markets and so much more. Our hosts are eager to give excellent recommendations on the many things to do in Oaxaca. We can also help arrange for tours and expeditions to visit nearby arqueological sites, ecoturism hubs, and indigenous villages rich in local history and art. We have one family suite, eight other double rooms, and two single rooms, all with private bath, plus two smaller single rooms that share a bath. Our rooms are attractive, comfortable, and scrupulously clean. All our rooms open onto covered verandas surrounding the gardens or onto patios. They are different from each other, and include rooms with king beds, with two twins, and with double-and-twin. The following prices are all in USD: * Double room (two people): $110 with breakfast. * Single-in-double room: $90 with breakfast. * Single room with bath: $60 with breakfast. * Single room with shared bath: $40 breakfast. Ask us about our discounted rates for stays longer than two weeks. We welcome long-term stays, and have special student rates, too. We welcome families! Alojamiento con desayuno oaxaqueño incluido con estilo de los años 50s Ubicado en el Centro Histórico de Oaxaca, desde donde podrás llegar caminando a todos los puntos turísticos, a un costado de uno de los pulmones de la ciudad, el Paseo Juárez "El Llano". Habitación con baño privado y agua caliente, cama matrimonial, área de trabajo, conexión a Internet WiFi. Cuenta con una pequeña terraza para disfrutar del aire libre, el alojamiento con restaurante dentro del establecimiento.

Beautiful private room/bathroom. Here you'll find a comfortable place to rest. We're 5 minutes walking to the center of the town and there are so many historical places near us. The church of Santo Tomás Xochimilco is just in front of us, so you'll enjoy the activities there. Because of COVID 19 we ask everyone to wear a mask when leaving and entering the house so everyone stays safe, and using antibacterial gel and wash your hands frequently, that will be super helpful for all.

Recently renovated studio with a queen-size bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette. The shared balcony overlooks our lovely garden. Full Breakfast and twice-a-week housekeeping service are included in the rate. Located in Xochimilco, a neighborhood north of the city center, within 15 minutes walk from the Tourist Zone & a 5 min walk to public transport.
