Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
