Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Verbringe gemütliche erholsame Tage in meiner zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Das kleine aber feine Apartment befindet sich im EG unseres Familienhauses mit eigenem Bad und Hauseingang. Ob Skiurlaub, wandern oder Sightseeing alles möglich. Skilift bzw. Sommerlift befindet sich in etwa in 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch ein Besuch von Innsbruck, welches sich in ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen lässt steht nichts im Wege. Supermarkt u. Restaurant befindet sich in ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
