Vor 20 Jahren haben wir dieses Haus, was zu den ältesten der Stadt gehört, in viel Eigenleistung saniert. Unsere 4 Kinder haben dem allen viel Leben eingehaucht. Jetzt haben sie das Nest verlassen und einigen Platz zurückgelassen. Deshalb haben wir diese schöne Ferienwohnung für Sie gern auch mit Kleinkind eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Zentrum, aber doch außerordentlich ruhig in den Gassen der Altstadt. Annaberg ist idealer Ausgangsort, um das Erzgebirge in seiner ganzen Vielfalt zu erleben.

Výhledy si můžete vychutnat při posezení na balkoně nebo při snídani. Apartmán je v pěší vzdálenosti od Skiareálu Klínovec. V zimě si můžete užít lyže, od jara do podzimu trail park, cyklistiku a pěší turistiku v překrásné přírodě.
