Its a well equipped quaet peaceful and modern flat close to the Heroe square, Andrassy street, Szechenyi Bath, and museums. These are about 15-minutes of walking. Az utca kellemes, egy sétányban folytatódik, ami kivezet a közeli Duna partra. A lakás első emeleten van, az ablaka a ház belseje felé nyílik, nem hallatszik be utcazaj. Kellemes, nyugodt hely, ahonnan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek a város kedvelt részei és folyóparton sétálni, parkba menni, kirándulni is egyszerű innen.
