Zero shared airspace! 4-5 minute walk to the Beach, next to a lake, Playground, Visitor's Center, State Park. Walking distance to three restaurants. Walk north across Pier Avenue and past the bridge. There you will see a trail entrance. This trail has a canopy of trees as you walk around the lake. Walk around the lake toward the ocean. Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
