Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Zero shared airspace! 4-5 minute walk to the Beach, next to a lake, Playground, Visitor's Center, State Park. Walking distance to three restaurants. Walk north across Pier Avenue and past the bridge. There you will see a trail entrance. This trail has a canopy of trees as you walk around the lake. Walk around the lake toward the ocean. Turn right at the street that will take you through the dunes and the magnificent ocean view will open to you. Turn left and then return on Pier Av.
