This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Beautiful House: Quiet with all amenities on deep water with pool. 12 minutes from Jax Airport, 5 min from Zoo and 10 min from Cruise Ports. Jax Beaches are just a short beautiful drive. Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

Beautiful pool home and private backyard oasis. This walkable neighborhood is quiet and popular with professionals and families. It's a short walk from many restaurants, bars, and entertainment. This home includes a heated* saltwater pool, pool table, huge covered lanai, fire pit, and campground-style grill. Enjoy this oasis, surrounded by tropical landscaping and pond. We are glad to offer a military/first responder discount of 10% per day up to $100 for your stay upon request w/ valid id.

No additional pet fees. A large fenced yard. House is within walking distance of restaurants and breweries. Fully equipped for a great stay. The house was designed to resemble a century-old historic home. Features front and back porches with a built-in L bench for family and friends to gather.

This residence is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends (pets, max. of 2). We are unable to allow guests to host gatherings and house parties. Fenced 4 bdr House Airport, Cruise, Zoo & Beaches

The house was built in 2023, with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living/dining room and laundry. There’s a 6 car parking lot + a 2 car garage. Trailers and RVs are welcome (driveway is 60ft long). The back of the house has a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill. In total, 8 people could fit comfortably, though up to 9. If you're staying over the duration of 28 days and would like something added, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate all my guests!

The living room couch pull outs & makes for queen bed. Each room has a smart tv with all your favorite shows.
