The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

The bike-trail, 2 lakes & multiple parks are located just down the street in either direction. Conveniently, for those with children, the elementary school is .02 miles away.

Quiet family friendly neighborhood with boating, skiing, jet skiing, fishing and golfing. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
