Walking distance to the local gems and eateries of Audubon Park and the Mills 50 District! Central location minutes away from Winter Park and Downtown local attractions. 20-30 minutes from Universal, Disney and MCO. Great for a work trip or an Orlando getaway!

We LOVE hosting! Think of us as friends you’re staying with, but haven’t met yet. We are happy to interact, but also happy to remain out of sight to ensure your privacy. We live in the master (on OTHER SIDE w/own bath) when not traveling and we DO use kitchen. Everything else is exclusive to you! You get plenty of space & PRIVACY. Photos represent YOUR space (we use kitchen too, but rest is exclusive) If you’re not comfortable with on-site host w/kitchen usage, we aren’t right choice.

Everyone finds our home fun & relaxing. We are close to tons of restaurants & shopping. Only 1 mile from the intersection of I-4 & 414 (Maitland Blvd). Home, it is fully stocked. Plus a gas grill. Towels & linens provided. Games and toys for all ages. Pets are welcome with pet fee. Guests have private use of property, 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths and all living areas, back yard and porch with pool . There is an optional third bedroom available for an additional $35 a night fee.

Pet Fee's per pet: $100 (notify host if you are bringing a pet- charged separately upon check in) Read the rules of the property before booking, to ensure that you agree.

Lake Front Home with private Dock on Lake Louisa

Beautiful lake front home on Lake Louisa. The home sits under towering Cypress trees and is 15 feet from the waters edge. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Louisa in the very large great room. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow full disinfecting of the house.

Tiny House Shed in Downtown

Nestled behind my 1920s bungalow in one of Orlando’s best neighborhoods, The Shed is a local experience. Located in the city center, just a 5 min Uber to Amway, Soccer Stadium, and walking distance to the Sun Rail and hospital. * There is construction at the house next door during daylight hours; expect noise . Perfect for couples, traveling professionals, and those new to Airbnb. Note: I rent my main house so you may see those guests in the backyard. No smoking/vaping.

Yurt at Danvile, glamping at its best

Need a Private and Quiet Getaway? The Yurt is a perfect glamping hideaway! This luxurious yurt has a fire pit and grill on the deck. Enjoy your evening and watch the Alpacas that live nearby. On weekends in Fall, Winter and Spring, it is not unusual for the Danville Inn to host a wedding, the Yurt is located near the Inn, and you may hear some of the celebration, but events end at 10PM. You can inquire before making reservations for Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
