When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

Unwind, relax and enjoy peaceful countryside living in this cute updated 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath cottage overlooking beautiful grasslands and running creek. Two queen beds in upstairs master, and sleeper-sofa downstairs offer sleeping for six. Easy 30 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Plenty of local activities await you nearby from the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers for all water attractions. Less than five miles to Lee University, OCI, businesses, and all that Cleveland has to offer.

We are only 15 mins from The Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers, 19 miles to Cleveland, & about a 45 minute drive to Chattanooga. Enjoy white water rafting, fly fishing, mountain climbing, zip lining, horse back riding and more all within a short drive. You also have access to feed our sweet mules & Sir Spits a lot the alpaca! Note this is a guest house/ loft above our garage so you do walk up stairs.

Welcome to our place. It's nestled in the heart center of Cleveland, Tn in a secured and quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.
