The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Welcome to The Music Box. This 3 bedroom house is tucked back in the Forest Heights neighborhood of Athens, GA. The Oconee River is just a quick walk down a wooded hill off the back patio. You'll most certainly see deer roaming the woods! Your hosts are long-time Athenians, Claire & Mike. Claire is a composer and touring musician. Mike is a home inspector.
