Beautiful, Private 2-Bedroom Guest Suite near UGA!

Unique upstairs guest suite (private entrance) in a craftsman style house on a beautiful wooded setting next to a creek. Downtown Watkinsville shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Location is less than 6 miles from UGA, Sanford Stadium and all the fun of fabulous downtown Athens. We are also only 15 minutes from historic Madison. Whether GameDay weekends, parents' weekends, graduations, conferences, getaways, nearby hiking and mountain trips, this is the perfect choice!

Art House & Garden Near Downtown

Enjoy a cozy private room within walking distance of downtown Athens and UGA campus, along with two great parks. The inviting guest room has its own private entrance and a bathroom with a mosaic floor. Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Briarcliff Garden Guest Suite

Charming private guest suite in a wooded neighborhood only nine minutes from downtown Athens. Located on the first level of a 1950’s single family house, our family and new baby live upstairs. There is a chance you may be able to hear the baby from upstairs :) If this is not something you’re comfortable with, we may not be your best option for your visit to Athens. However, recent guests haven’t been able to hear our baby, check out our reviews!
