Hatteras Happy Times

Adorable cottage with SPECTACULAR views! Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Hatteras Village. There is so much to do, but the view is so great you might not want to leave. There is a private shallow water dock across the street for a low draw boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hatteras beach is just a short drive or bike. Access to the sound for Kite Boarding in the spring and fall. This cottage has it all! New washer/dryer, dishwasher, paint!

Welcome to The Grey Pearl, a wonderful historic Ocracoke cottage that is conveniently located in the heart of the village. Pearl offers a spacious open floor concept featuring connected Kitchen, Dining and living spaces- and a lovely screeded porch. It is located within walking distance to Silver Lake, Coffee/Juice spots, Restaurants and shops ! We are pet friendly with a 90% fenced in yard space. Some pet amenities provided. Pop’s Net House

Pop’s Net House was built by my grandfather, Maurice Ballance, in the early 1970’s out of wood repurposed from the old Ocracoke school house that was built in 1917. This property is centrally located in the middle of the village down Marks Path, which was named after Maurice’s grandfather, Mark Gaskins. It’s walking distance to Zillie’s Island Pantry, Ocracoke Coffee Company, and many other restaurants and shops. Come enjoy the privacy of Pop’s Net House on Ocracoke island!

Waterman's Bunk House on Oyster Creek

This is a small beach cottage located on one of the canals in the Oyster Creek area of Ocracoke. There's a kitchen and living area and two bedrooms and full bathroom with tub on the first floor. The second floor is an open loft area with no door and is the third sleeping area. There is a bathroom with shower on the second floor. The best part of the house is the large screen porch over looking the canal. There are kayaks on site for you to use and water access.
