It has wonderful views over the city & hills beyond. It was built in 1789 for Samuel Ward, Bargemaster of Bath. It comprises flexible living: a double bed on mezzanine level with garden view; or a smaller double bed, single bunk and mezzanine single bed in a separate bedroom. Put your feet up, relax and eat at 'home' or walk/drive/bus into town - less than a 5 min drive away. Parking is free. Fill your glass, read a book, binge a box set. After dark, flop on the mezzanine and keep your 'mincers' peeled for our nosy, furry visitors! Min 2 nights.

The Garden Flat, quiet & entirely separate. Bath

The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's very well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill and there are regular buses recommended for your return back up to Combe Down village. Sit out in the kitchen garden with fruit trees trained up trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Nisa and Deli are a short walk away in the village.
