Room in a great apartment near Belém and not more then 30 min to the beach. You have internet wi-fi and cable tv. The kitchen is full equipped and the living is comfortable. At Belém you can see Belém tower, Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, an amazing garden and taste pasteis de Belém. The calendar is just for one room, so ask always for it, so that can be available. There are many restaurants and a supermarket just 1 min walking. Respect the house. The security tax is paid when you arrive and i'll give you back when you leave if there is no damages. Parties are not allowed. If you want the daily cleaning of the room the cost is 10€ per day. The cost of the washing machine is 10€ per room, per usage. The drying machine has a cost of 15€ per room, per usage. The third guest has an extra daily cost of 10€. Check-in after 22h has a cost of 15€. Check-out before 7:30h has a cost of 15€. The electric heating has a cost of 20€/week.

Located in a residential neighborhood, it is perfect for couples, solo adventures and families with children. The apartment is close to a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, banks, a laundrette and more. It is also very close to the bus stop to the city center, Algés - where there is the train to Cais do Sodré and/or Cascais! Caxias beach (2.8km)
