The Ocean Suite is inspired by the bold ever changing surface of the tides in a combination of aqua, sea-blue & white-water color palette. The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, & is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning & bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

Walk to Everything!

Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

Our one bedroom cottage is a perfect spot to enjoy all the beach life has to offer! This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. This 1- bedroom apartment is a half mile walk to Cape Neddick Beach, yet tucked away in the privacy of the woods. When the surf is up you can hear the waves crashing on the nearby rocky cove and the clang of the ocean bell buoy. Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

History Steps from the Beach

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Captains Room W/ Full Kitchen

Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private with its own full bathroom and full kitchen that's located in the room. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/heat. Comfy Queen size bed with Full sized fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, blow dryer, and a water filter. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

Ocean views from Kennebunkport to Cape Neddick and a gorgeous half mile sandy beach right outside your door! Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the sandy Drakes Island shores. Enjoy daily walks on the beach or take a walk on the peaceful trails nearby alongside the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge & Laudholm Farm, and go to town for restaurants, arcades and more fun. It doesn’t get better than this !
