Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Located on a semi rural property on the out skirts of Ohaupo, with beautiful outlooks of Mt Pirongia and Mt Kakepuka. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Cottage at The Willows, Cambridge, Waikato

Relax in your own space in this super comfortable and cozy one bedroom cottage. Wake up to the views across the neighboring horse farm.
