Entirely yours, close to CDB, Hospital.

Our home is 5 mins drive to the city centre, close to the hospital, Hamilton Garden, Waikato River and the lake. The main house is situated at the back via a private right of way, it gives our guest privacy plus a large outdoor deck facing the garden for your rest & enjoyment. Cleaning is one of our top priority. All surfaces will be sanitised, bathroom and toilet washed. We will change all duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases and towels every time before the arrival of our new guests.

The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy This house was built in the 1970s and refurbished last year. Please check the photos About Cleanliness, My wife and I spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned using the dishwasher. My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. 5 Minutes Walk to hospital ground and River

5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.
