This stunning villa is located in Tarzana Hills. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay: pool, spa, private b-ball court, game room, patio & bbq area, outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, comfortable living room w/ 82" tv, AC, washer & dryer. 4 bdrms, 2.5 bthrms, 2 parking spaces on driveway & 5 in front of home. The bedrooms feature CA king sz bed, 3 bedrooms w/a queen sz bed, ea bed can sleep 2 guests. Central AC for entire home & ea bdrm has his own AC unit.
