Enjoy your stay in Mason at our third floor walk-up loft apartment located above our business, The Vault Deli. Apt. 3B two bedrooms each with queen beds, one pull-out queen sofa. Two full baths Walkable to many shops including Bestsellers, our bookstore serving espresso drinks, beer, wine and cocktails. And The Vault Deli with gourmet sandwiches. The building was built in 1870 and renovated in 2016 for residential use with hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertop, and air conditioning.

Beautiful Home in a quiet neighborhood close to MSU, LCC, Sparrow Hospital, Downtown Lansing, Shopping at Eastwood Mall, and a quick walk to parks, restaurants and coffee shops. This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.

There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.

Stay in a YURT on An Equine Rescue Ranch

The yurt is located on a 30 Acre Equine Rescue ranch. It is a 4 season 20ft yurt in the middle of the ranch with a beautiful view of Mustangs (American Legends). All proceeds from rental will go back to the rescue. There is electric, an outhouse a short walk away, a cold water spigot close by. Minutes away from Pleasant Lake for swimming, a local winery & 38 minutes from Ann Arbor. We offer tours and chances to interact with equines, including American Mustangs!
