Close to Paycom Center (for Thunder games or concerts), and a short distance to the Boat District or the Oklahoma Memorial. Vintage building "1930" it has creaks and groans and at times you hear your upstairs neighbor and smell cooking smells from other apartments. Ozone cleaner used between guest, sometimes leaves a disinfectant odor.
