A tasteful cottage with double bed in a sleeping room and up to five madrases on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. En nyrenoverad stuga i byn Störlinge, på östra sidan av Öland. Fräscht och ljust med nya möbler och inredning Här är det nära till hav och natur. Även till fina badplatser och fågelreservat. Mellan stugan och havet är det en promenad på ca 30-40 min och ca 3km. Perfekt promenad eller joggingtur. Stugan har ett lugnt och fint läge med nya utemöbler och solstolar. Ett perfekt ställe att utforska Öland ifrån. Här är det så rogivande och avstressande. Varmt välkomna och känn er som hemma.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Med vackra omgivningar, närheten till Borgholm, spännande utflyktsmål och det charmerade Djupvik är platsen både unik och otroligt lätt att förälska sig i.

Central, renovated & fully equipped cottage in Färjestaden! Located 3 minutes walk to the bus stop "Snäckstrand south" where you can go both south on Öland and into Kalmar very easily. Walking distance to Färjestaden with shops & restaurants. To Eriksöre village street it is 7km & to Ekerum 18km! Own patio with barbecue facilities as well as free parking space just outside the cottage.

Spend your vacation on the lovely east coast of Öland. You can rent our modern and fresh newly built summer house.Two separate bedrooms with double beds. A livingroom with a couch (when opened 2 beds) and a TV. Fully equipt kitchen including dishwasher. In the garden you can find seating for barbeques. Only 5 km to the popular beach, Bjärbybadet and 15 km to the nearest city. Welcome!

Fräscht nybyggt (2023) fritidshus med egen badbrygga. Huset är ljust och trevligt med badbryggan 25m från huset. Huset har alla bekvämligheter. Utemiljön kommer att uppdateras efterhand med uteplatser och dyl. Vid bryggan finns även en liten roddbåt ifall man vill ta sig en liten tur i den vackra skärgården, kanske vill ni testa fiskelyckan? Hjärtligt välkomna.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
