Located only 8 minutes to Montrose Regional Airport and a few minutes to downtown Montrose with restaurants, shops, 3 golf courses and an amazing rec center with pools, rock climbing, pickleball & exercise equipment.

This clean and comfortable retreat offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a welcoming living area with a queen-size sofa bed, for extra guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious California king bed with fresh white linens for a restful night’s sleep. (Please note: the master bedroom does not have a door. May be important if you are seeking complete privacy.)

Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

2 bed Apt. on veggie/fruit farm, amazing views!

The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. A creek runs along the east, and the space is quiet. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car. The north rim of the Black Canyon is 50 minutes away.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Colorado Aspen woodwork is featured in this impressive studio suite. An antique gnarled aspen headboard tops a large king bed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is outfitted with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with supply of coffee & tea), dining table & chairs, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels!!! The closet, hanging racks and fully appointed kitchen will make this "Studio Suite" a perfect choice for extended stays.

Sunset Meadow Retreat

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful meadow retreat. This contemporary, ground floor, studio apartment is equiped with all the basics. A comfy queen bed and an Italian Leather Loveseat make relaxing in front of the TV enjoyable. The micro kithcen includes coffee maker, electric kettle, multi-purpose oven, microwave and mini fridge. The full size bathroom includes a tub and shower. Washer/Dryer are also included for your convieninece.
