The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

2 Bedroom Ranch House

Just a mile off of Highway 65 sits Tongue Creek Ranch. The Ranch is located in the fertile valley junction of Tongue Creek & Surface Creek. Enjoy your own private 2 bed 1 bath ranch house. Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.

Sunny Sleeper

This easy stopover is just off either main hiway through Montrose. It has all the usual home amenities. Free parking, WiFi, monitor, printer, new queen beds, full kitchen, new laundry. It is situated within two blocks of the Montrose County Fairgrounds, shops, coffee, pubs, City walking path, play area, and restaurants. Use this house as a home base for adventures to the Black Canyon National Park (12 minutes away), San Juans Mountains completing business, meetups, or family get togethers .

The Barn in Coal Creek

This delightful space is perfect for your quiet getaway. Set in the country with hundreds of acres of unobstructed views this converted Barn is just what you need to get away and unplug. Bring your dog and take advantage of the gazebo and fire pit. The full kitchen, laundry, jetted tub and comfy reading space you will feel right at home. Stay a night or a week, whatever it takes to recharge your batteries. Traveling nurses and business travelers are welcome. We are happy to have you.

Cozy Coyote Cabin

Please note! We are in the mountains and a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended for winter travel. Welcome to beautiful Paonia and your cozy and peaceful cabin getaway. Just 3.5 miles from the town of Paonia means you're oh-so-close yet so far away from it all. Stillness, beauty, and relaxation. If you're looking for a little cozy reconnect with nature and a disconnect from the rat-race, you've found it. The Coyote Cabin is perfect home base for exploring the abundant North Fork Valley.

Surrounded by country life, 3 miles from downtown Montrose, close to Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride. 10 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Two bedrooms, each with new queen mattress. 1 full bath/shower, full kitchen, private spacious back yard, patio/barbecue. WiFi, W/D, Roku streaming services, leashed pets OK. Small, cozy. Cottage is sanitized between guests.

Country Cottage

Welcome to Beautiful Southwest Colorado. Come and relax on our small farm just 5 minutes south of Montrose. Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
