In addition to this residence, St. Drogo's house has a coffee roastery / coffee bar as well as an artisanal bakery located on the first floor. During the summer months of July and August, Boathouse is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $1200. We offer a 5% discount on the weeks of June 22-29 and August 17-24, a 10% discount the week of August 24-31, and a 15% discount the week of August 31 - September 7.
