This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. Step out your door and walk to over 100 shops, restaurants and galleries offering unique Southwest and Native American merchandise. The Outpost 1706 Taproom is directly across from the loft where you can enjoy locally crafted beer, wine and spirits. Noisy and Sheehan wineries are located in Plaza Don Luis. 1100 sq. ft loft with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances, master bedroom en-suite and tree filled courtyard. Small animals considered. My place is Downtown, close to Old Town, the Sunport Airport, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
