North Capitol Hill Luxury Townhome in Perfect Location

Vibrant colors and geometric patterns elevate this chic home to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. Decor items like the original local artwork exude a fun energy that complements the eclectic and diverse culture D.C. is known for. The unit comes with a complimentary parking pass for on-street parking. It is a private space with its own entrance on the basement level. A full-view glass entry door allows ample natural light. The entrance to the unit is on the L St side of the house, lower level. No key is needed. An access code will be given to guests prior to check in. I live in the upper two floors of this three-level townhome. The Airbnb unit is on the lower level. Consequently, I am nearby and able to address questions and requests quickly. The home is in a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Capitol Hill and the lively Union Market. The Union Station Metro is also nearby making it easy to explore the entire city at a moments notice. A parking pass is available with the unit; please request it in advance and remember to return it. Additionally, non-permit parking is available near the unit in two-hour intervals M-F between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is available with no hourly restrictions M-F 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends. An outdoor security camera is located near the entrance to the unit and captures outdoor activity only.

Quiet, Eclectic 2-Bedroom Townhouse in Old Town

Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. We set the place up for our own family and hope you will enjoy it with yours. Business travelers will find it an easy home-base. Only 5 miles from DCA. Easy access to I-95, National Harbor, and the GW Parkway. George Washington's church, the Lee-Fendall House and the Torpedo Factory Art Center are here. The area is dog-friendly and filled with delightful restaurants, shops, boutiques, and parks. Easy access to: Downtown DC (about $20 Uber ride,) ~20 min walk to Metro; Convenient to DCA; 6 blocks to King St.; 4 blocks to the historic GW parkway and Potomac River recreation path. Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

You also can take water taxi to The Wharf DC, Georgestown or National Harbor …. 15 minutes drive to DC attractions , DCA airport, Amazon HQ…bike ride Mount Vernon trail… We love it and hope you'll enjoy it too.
