Bella vista - Love

The apartment features one bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (a tub, bidet, hair dryer and free toiletries), dining/living room (with a pull out sofa ) and a beautiful spacious balcony. It is located in a charming apartment-housing estate, in the city's elite residential area, within walking distance from the city centre as well as the elite Banje Beach (about 10 minutes), while the relaxing walk back will only take a little while longer. You can either follow the road or take a shortcut by stairs. You are probably familiar with the fact that most of Dubrovnik's residential area is situated on the slopes of Hill Srdj, above the Old Town. Being situated in this very area, our apartment thus offers you a perfect opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the island of Lokrum, the Old Town and its surroundings. Peace and quiet as well as breathtaking views are our strong points . We are close enough and yet far away from the city's hurly-burly. The place can be easily accessed by car /taxi at a very reasonable price, since the place is about 3 minutes' drive from the Old Town. Just go all the way up Bruna Bušića Street, where there is a guaranteed parking/garage spot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A bus stop is only 60 metres away by stairs or, if you are not into climbing stairs, another bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. All taxes, utility costs, air- conditioning, internet extension, bed linen, towels are included in the price. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. Appartment Dubrovnik near Old Town

- schönes Innendesign - große Räume - sehr nahe der Altstadt (250 meter) - volle Ausstattung inkl. Handtücher & Bettwäsche - Waschmaschine (neu in 2020) und Trockner vorhanden Das Gebäude ist aus ca.1880. Die Wohnung wurde diesen Winter renoviert. Beim betreten befindet man sich im Eingangsbereich aus dem ca 15 Treppen in die 1 Etage führen. Der Eingang ist nur für die eine Wohnung. In der 1. Etage betritt man die grosse Küche aus der man in die weiteren Zimmer und Bad gelangt. Viel Spaß!

Tonko Apartments is located right above the vibrant new harbour of Dubrovnik, 2,2 km from the Old Town. Within 200 metres there is a shop, restaurant. Bus stop is 80 metres far. Guests can relax in the garden or on the sun terrace and take in the sweeping views. There is free private garage which is convenient for guests with their own car or a rental car. Free Wi-Fi is available in all units. There is also a flat-screen TV.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a completely new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 min. of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

This modern city apartment with a separate entrance is located just above the city walls of the Historic Center of Dubrovnik. Everything you need or are interested in is within walking distance. Like bakery, fast food, grocery store, beach, bus, cable car, Old port, museums, churches, historic center, restaurants, pubs, cafes, ambulance, ATM ... etc ... etc ... ... can be reached on foot, max. 6 minutes walk.

Olive Tree Terrace facing the Sea

The apartment is well located, 15 minutes walking distance from Old City, surrounded by rocky beaches less than hundred meters far, and the pebble one around 200 m. Small terrace in shadow of Olive tree and Pergola, Flower garden, peacefull area ... Regarding very small separate room, apartment is perfect for two adults or family with two children or young people who don`t mind sleeping on bunk bed .
