Modern 3-bedroom villa with ample outdoor space, 8 minutes' walk from Manta Rota beach.<br><br>The property comprises 2 floors:<br><br> - Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. It has access to 2 patios, one facing east, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, with ample space to enjoy family meals outdoors. There is also a smaller patio at the entrance to the house, facing west.

When you will enter, you will find friendly and cozy place, set in completely refurbished old building but you will still feel the atmosphere to be in one of the typical fishermen's house in Olhão. The house is equipped with all the facilities what you will need to relax after a day on the beach or discovering Algarve coast: full equip kitchen, living area with smart tv, free wii-fii, double bed and bathroom with shower. Towels and linen are included. You can enjoy time on 30m2 roof terrace
