La villa dispone di 4 verande e spazi esterni dove si possono appartare anche piccoli gruppi ( ad esempio fanciulli o i ragazzi che desiderano stare un po in disparte) c' è una doccia esterna ed un magnifico barbecue in fase di completamento.

The house is located in Castiadas (Olia Speciosa), 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Costa Rei, Castiadas and Villasimius. Near the house there are: banks, post office, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, pharmacies and traditional shops. The house has any kind of comfort. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave, kettle for tea, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware. The price includes: WI-FI, bed linen, household linen and towels.

La mia casa è vicino a splendide spiaggie (7 min auto), servizi (supermkt, farmacia, banca, poste, guardia medica, pizzeria) E’ di nuova costruzione, spaziosa ( 1 matrimoniale, 2 a castello+divano letto 2posti) e ricca di confort e luminosa. Comprende un patio esterno, il giardino, il barbecue. E’ adatto a coppie, piccoli gruppi, famiglie ed animali domestici. Per i soggiorni invernali (ottobre-aprile)oltre il mese si possono richiedere offerte speciali di bassa stagione
