Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

La “Casa Marina di San Francesco”, restaurata nel 2018 , affaccia sulla panoramica passeggiata della “Marina Garibaldi”. L'unità di circa 42 mq dispone di: letto, soggiorno pranzo cucina ,bagno con loc. igienico, climatizzatore, TV, Wi-Fi free, parcheggio privato . A pochi metri i principali servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, paninerie, bar, supermaket ,2 porti turistici. Il porto per le Eolie ,terminal -bus per Messina e Catania , a 600 mt. Il castello e borgo a 300 mt. Spiagge vicine.

Dal Centro è possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge dell'Isola Bella e Mazzarò. La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. La casa si trova nell'Antico borgo Cavallaro di Gaggi, immerso nella valle del fiume Alcantara. La casa e' composta da due camere, il bagno e un ampio terrazzo, accogliente cucina con tutte le attrezzature necessarie, una camera da letto e un ampio terrazzo con bella vista. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un grande armadio e un divano letto . La terrazza ha una zona relax e un tavolo da pranzo con sedie. La vista è sul paese, Valle dell'Alcantara e cima del vulcano Etna.

Al Maratoneta è Casa singola. Abitazione tipica dell'Etna. Vista sul vulcano. Finita di ristrutturare nel 2017. I proprietari sono amanti della corsa, praticata o solo organizzata. " Al. Ma.r.a.t.o.n.e.t.a." è anche un acronimo che spiegheremo agli ospiti Molta presenza di legno: parquet, soffitto, scala, sotto tetto. Corpi illuminanti da arredo. Cucina, frigorifero, lavello. Tavolo in legno massiccio in salone ingresso. Divani. Televisione a schermo piatto.
