Hot Tub, Horses & Hills – The Perfect Escape

This property is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. In the paddocks we have Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets. The estate is surrounded by miles of footpaths/bridleways/bike trails that offer enchanted hikes through old mills, sheep dips, and sunken hedgerow paths, many leading to village pubs ! Access to games lawn to the side and through the garden to large exercise field. Excellent WiFi hard wired.

The Stable House is a luxuriously converted 2 bedroom cottage in the medieval hamlet of Sookholme. It is very close to Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, historic Edwinstowe and a great number of other local beauty spots. A short drive away from the peak district, it is very private with its own fully fenced, dog friendly garden. A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines.

The Bramley Nook

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
