Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Estamos en el corazón de Les Guilleries, a 950 m altitud en un " Espai Natural protegit". Es un lugar ideal para descansar y hacer actividades. Es una masía restaurada, con espacios acogedores, actualizados y un aire rústico. El entorno permite aislarte del mundo, (9 km de pista forestal en buen estado). El núcleo urbano más cercano esta a 18 km, pero también esta cerca de lugares interesantes de visitar (históricos, culturales, gastronómicos..). El prado es una extensión del apartamento.

Aquest edifici forma part d'una antiga masia catalana datada a principis del segle XV. Ha estat reformada en diverses fases, la darrera al 2018. Aprofitant el perímetre de la vivenda principal, la rehabilitació ha donat com a resultat un apartament adossat a una piscina i una casa de dues plantes annexa. El conjunt de vivenda més jardí, més el bosc que la envolta es podria definir com una combinació d'arquitectura civil medieval, actualitzada amb materials moderns i detalls de disseny.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The Mill of Besalú (House with garden)

The only isolated holiday accommodation house in the beautiful historic complex of the medieval town of Besalú, considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. The former home of the miller's family has three exterior spaces (porch, garden and large orchard) and two floors: the lower one with a living/dining room and open kitchen and the upper one with a bathroom and three bedrooms. El Portet és una masia restaurada ideal per persones que busquen un indret tranquil. Situat dins el parc natural de la Garrotxa, a 4km del poble. La casa s'abasteix d'energia solar i aigua de pou i s'escalfa amb llenya de la mateixa finca. En una casa propera hi trobareu els masovers que cuiden un ramat de cabres de les quals en fan formatges. També hi ha cavalls, gallines, gossos, hort i fruiters.
