The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Welcome to our newly renovated cottage located near Roskilde Fjord. You'll be surrounded by peaceful nature with view to our little lake and only 3 min walk to the fjord, which offers stunning sunsets. There is also possibility of charging your electric car if needed and the supermarket is only 5 min away by car. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Note. We accept only couples and families. We do not accept groups below 35. No parties are allowed.

While designing these apartments, we were inspired by the traveling adventures of the early 1900s, infusing a humorous nod to old-world luxury. During warm days, you can enjoy the sun while being outside, jumping on the trampoline, playing football, or using a mini playground; in colder days, get cozy in a living room by a fireplace. The house is located just 100 m from the fjord, where you can go for a walk or enjoy a swim.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
