The settlement has its own drinking water, several children's playgrounds, openair theater, church etc. The rental is surrounded by 200 m2 flower and vegetable garden with a kiosk, fully furnished, ideal for cooking out. The beach is at 2 minutes walking distance and if guests wish to eat out, several restaurants by the sea are available. Thessaloniki International Airport is 25 kilometers away, and pick up can be arranged.
