We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowshoeing.
