Spacious bedrooms with queen beds, plenty of closet space and stylish decor are all a plus in this quiet neighborhood that is located in the heart of Omaha. Updated kitchen and living room provide a comfortable atmosphere to relax. Cushy couch folds out into a queen pull out. Any furry friends will enjoy the large fenced-in backyard. The backyard is a shared space. Old Market and Henry Doorly Zoo are within a 10 min drive. I-80 is accessible and 4 minutes away. Basement is separate private unit.

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Please note: Each stay is curated with great care, and we have a firm cancellation policy. Dahlia House hosts two registered guests only, and no unapproved visitors are permitted.

Main floor apartment in a quiet tree lined neighborhood full of character & charm. Relaxing front porch and back patio. Art sourced from our travels & a fully stocked kitchen. Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

Your relaxing, family-friendly ranch home awaits! This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to interstate access. The backyard features a fully covered deck, kids playset and backs to a private golf course! The covered deck has a motorized sun shade, cozy couch, rocking chairs and dining table. The lower patio has a fire pit and smoker grill. Inside the home is one level so all three bedrooms (plus the laundry room!) are all on the main floor. And plenty of toys and games for the kids!

If you want to appreciate the local natural landscape, you can go to the memorial park, which has a very beautiful rose garden, Elmwood Park, golf, and take a trip with your children to visit Henry Dolly Zoo. A shared, fully equipped kitchen is yours to enjoy! Wireless Internet. Your pet is welcomed to stay but I do not have a fenced yard.
