There is an air conditioner to take the chill off on those cooler days/nights. Three bedrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite, the other bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom and separate toilet/powder room. All beds have electric blankets. Plenty of parking on site, but if you prefer to walk, it is an easy stroll to the local shops and hospitality spots.

Welcome to our family holiday home, set amongst mature trees in a large tranquil garden. It’s an easy walk to the town centre, cafés, pubs, shops and the playground. The house is sunny, warm and comfortable with heat pumps in every room and a log burner if you prefer a fire. Lots of outside space for kids to burn off energy. Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (a separate toilet), an open plan modern kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. We are equipped for young children.

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
