Smoko Sanctuary

Enjoy this 40 acre sanctuary of riparian forest, cradled by Smoko and Homeward Bound Creeks. A harbour for Blue gum, Manna, Mountain and Swamp gum in the wet gullies, and drooping Sheoaks and Peppermints on the dry faces. You will see that the cabin is nestled amongst the north east border of ‘Smoko Bowl’ - a natural unique catchment feature, offering harbour to flora and fauna. Take some time out with your pets, and enjoy the forest, or use as a launching platform for MTB, hikes and adventures.

Cosy Cabin #4 at Buddhist Retreat Centre

The cabin is an open space with queen bed, 1 bunk, kitchenette and lounge, with views of rolling pastures and mountains. Kitchenette is simple, yet adequate for simple cooking. There is a small gas stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and rice cooker. The cabins do not have their own bathroom or toilet, these amenities are an easy 1 min walk from the cabin. While there is no Wi fi in the cabins. Wifi is available and limited to the area around the main house in reception, lounge and dining area.

Tewksbury Lodge authentic Canadian style Log Cabin

Tewksbury Lodge is a 4.5 star Log Cabin, located 5 mins drive from Bright, with great views of Mount Buffalo, nestled beside the Ovens River. You’ll love the Lodge which offers the unique experience of an authentic, hand-crafted log cabin. The tranquil setting, the cosiness of the Log Cabin, spa, log fire, comfy beds and leather recliners offer an accommodation experience difficult to find elsewhere in Australia. The Lodge is self catering and good for 1 or 2 couples or families with kids.

Little Bogong

Little Bogong offers a comfortable and private hide-away for one or two couples seeking peace and solitude. Enjoy spectacular outlook to Victoria’s high mountains. The set-up includes a brand new second bathroom and laundry off the main downstairs living area to accompany the quality queen-sized sofa bed. Set on two hectares of steep landscaped grounds, the unique site will take your breath away with its native plantings, visiting kangaroos, native birds, and private outdoor dining space.

Avalon House: The Mine Managers

The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. With a private pet friendly courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.

Beechworth Cabins

Beechworth Cabins are situated only a few minutes walk to the centre of town. There are only four self contained compact cabins, making it ideal for families as well as those wanting a peaceful getaway. Each cabin sleeps five or the entire place sleeps 20. Close to town centre, the Rail Trail, the Gorge, Lake Sambell, antiques stores, cafes, hotels, museums, the historical centre, walks and wineries. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Blake's Hut

The Hut is located a short drive from Swifts Creek on the Great Alpine Road, alongside the beautiful Tambo River. It is an authentic property restored in 2020 on Woodlands farm. The cattle farm itself spans 1,800 acres across the Tambo Valley. Our unique and remote location means that it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and recharge. We are located an hour from Dinner Plain & Mount Hotham as well as a stone’s throw from the Tambo River, Mitta Mitta and Cobungra Rivers.

Cortes Cabin

Welcome to ‘Cortes Stays’. Newly built off-grid cabin nestled by the Ovens River on our 100 year old Walnut Grove. Bathe outside in the outdoor bath, or use the purpose built steps that will take you down to the river's edge. Wander around the farm and over to another swimming spot, where you’ll find kayaks and a canoe for you to use. A large window at the end of the bed allows you to stargaze at night or watch the water flow by as you rest and charge your batteries.

Hilltop Hideaway

Neat, Rustic Caravan/ annex. No frills but cosy and everything you need. Sleeps max of 4 people including children and 1 dog max. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful bush cabin a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nestled in between Mount Hotham 30km away where you will find great hiking, 4wd tracks and Omeo 20km away where you will find an historical township that offers fishing and newly built mountain bike trails.

London & Myrtle

Rustic, budget-friendly cabin in beautiful Wandiligong. One bedroom with double bed plus dorm-style lounge with two bunks. Sleeps upto 6. Surrounded by gardens with privacy. Cosy wood heater, reverse-cycle aircon. Kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, fridge, air fryer. BBQ area with large table. Walk to Wandi Pub and 5 Acres. 7 min to Bright, 5 min ride to Mystic Park, trails at the door. Perfect base for hiking, biking, and snow adventures!
